Godspeed Project’s MAXX Sports line is engineered as a track-oriented coil-over system that’s equally at home on a daily-driven vehicle. It replaces traditional MacPherson struts with inverted monotube shocks for superior rigidity. Each shock is finished with an anti-corrosion coating and features special valving with 20 levels of rebound-damping adjustment. When properly tuned, the rebound setting lets wheels settle quickly after a bump—minimizing bounce and smoothing impacts—so the tire returns to the road without unsettling the chassis. The result is optimal comfort, confidence, and control, whether you’re carving corners at the track or running errands around town. Pillow-ball top mounts at all four corners enhance suspension and steering feedback, while high-rigidity steel coil springs deliver sharper handling and quicker response. Wherever possible, lightweight aluminum hardware reduces overall weight.
Our strut assemblies with larger coil springs are engineered for drivers who want both comfort and performance. The wider spring design distributes weight more evenly, improving stability and cornering control while reducing stress on each coil for longer life. With greater travel and load capacity, the suspension resists bottoming out and maintains a smoother ride, even when carrying extra passengers or cargo.
