TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
RETURNS
For retail customers' returns, item(s) must be brand new in box condition with original packaging in resellable condition and accompanied with a printout of the receipt or invoice must accompany the item(s). Returns must be made within 14 days from the original purchase date on the receipt/invoice for a full refund. After 7 days from the original purchase date, a 25% restocking fee, return shipping and all/any other fees apply prior to refund, refund subject to our full discretion and review of your order. Fees, shipping costs are subject to our full discretion and review to determine refund eligibility. For shipped orders, shipping, return shipping, reshipment, and handling fees, fees are final and nonrefundable. No returns after 30 days from the date of package received, no exceptions. Any/all approved Returns will be issued in the original form of payment.
For distributors' returns, item(s) must be brand new in box with original packaging in resellable condition and accompanied with a printout of receipt or invoice is required within 15 days for a full refund minus any/all restocking fees, fees, return shipping costs, all/any shipping related fees/costs, and review of the order at our full discretion. After 15 days when an item is returned, there will be a 25% restocking fee and minus any/all restocking fees, fees, return shipping costs, all/any shipping related fees/costs, and review of the order at our full discretion. For shipped orders, shipping fees and handling fees, fees are not refundable. No returns after 30 days from the date of package received, no exceptions. Any/all approved Returns will be issued in the original form of payment.
For all returns, only the original buyer may initiate the return process. Second purchasers and beyond do not qualify for any returns, no exceptions. Defective items may be exchanged for the same item only Godspeed Project will inspect all returned products, subject to our discretion. Godspeed Project will not accept items if: parts have been used or installed, parts have been modified (e.g. powder coating, heat treatment, welding, cutting, etc.), altered, and/or parts that were damaged in a car accident. The buyer is advised to insure the full value of the returned goods for their own protection incase of damage/loss during shipping. Neither Godspeed Project nor the shipping company would be responsible for any damage or loss in shipment. Refunds will not be issued on returned products that are damaged on the way back to our warehouse. Before any return, buyer/send must obtain authorization directly from Godspeed Project authorized personnel in writing prior to any returns, please contact our customer service by phone and email, we will NOT accept any returns without any expressly written approval by Godspeed Project staff. Return of non Godspeed Project products will be considered an act of fraud.
SPECIAL ORDERS
All special orders require a minimum none-fundable deposit of 50%. If there is any cancellation by the buyer for any reason, the deposit is forfeited immediately. In addition, Godspeed Project is not responsible for any delayed shipments. Buyer shall not be entitled to charge backs, reductions of price, or other offsets as a result of late shipment. Buyer agrees that special orders' arrive date is not guaranteed.
SALES TAX
Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident state of California. Therefore, all orders shipping within California will be charged the applicable sales tax.
PRICING
Prices are subject to change without notice. Pricing errors are not the responsibility of Godspeed Project . In the event of a pricing error, we will either refund the order in full or provide the client with the option to pay the difference. Godspeed Project reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Godspeed Project shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Godspeed Project shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Godspeed Project shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card.

All materials appearing anywhere on this web site, internet and related sites are protected by worldwide copyright laws and treaty provisions. The copyright on such materials is held by Godspeed Project or by the original creator of the materials. FITMENT ISSUES
Godspeed Project is not responsible for any fitment issues. It is your responsibility to confirm proper vehicle fitment prior to completing a purchase. If you have any questions, please contact a member or our team.
INSTALLATION
All installations of Godspeed Project products should be performed by either an authorized Godspeed Project dealer or a professional who specializes in suspension tuning. Godspeed Project cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper installation. After installing the suspension system, please ensure proper clearance is made prior to closing the hood and check that the tires or wheels do not conflict with the suspension. Suspension can only be installed on the car model it was designed for. Do not attempt to modify any parts of Godspeed Project products. Modifications may cause damage to your vehicle and the product, which Godspeed Project takes no responsibility for.
WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER
Items that are sold by Godspeed Project, may not be legal for street use in all states. It is the buyer’s responsibility to comply with applicable state laws. Buyer should understand that due to strict U.S. Federal and state safety crash guidelines, Godspeed Project is not responsible or liable for any damages or any injuries that incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment, or natural disasters. All products are intended for off-road use and should be used for that intended purpose only. Godspeed Project does not take responsibility buyer's installation modifications and unusual stress of the product(s). The buyer assumes all responsibilities for determining the suitability of the products. Godspeed Project is not responsible for any damages incurred either directly or indirectly on the vehicles or operators/passengers within the vehicles. An invoice is required for all warranty claims, no exceptions. All products must be professionally installed by an experienced certified mechanic.
OFF ROAD USE ONLY
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all products sold by Godspeed Project are designated Race Only and are for competition/off road use limited to racing formally sanctioned by a recognized racing organization. Godspeed Project will not be responsible for any property loss, injuries or casualties resulting from non-racetrack use of products.
CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Any customer information including email addresses received by Godspeed Project will only be used in connection with your order and will not be sold or transferred to any third party. Periodically, Godspeed Project may communicate with customers via email newsletters.
