Summary of Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Handle customer service issues including order tracking and confirmation, refunds and exchanges.
  • Analyze and Optimize conversion rates
  • Monitoring sales and online inventory
  • Following up on any discrepancies or missing products
  • Determine which products are selling and need replenishing
  • Creating online listings for new products
  • Maintaining current online product listings and ensuring accuracy
  • Coordinating between internal staff members regarding shipments/inventory related issues
  • Monitoring merchandise pricing
  • Monitor inbound/outbound shipments to ensure delivery
  • Performing basic diagnostics on computers
  • Other office duties when needed

Summary of Experience and Education

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • One year or more experience in Amazon product listing optimization and store management
  • Office skills including word, excel, outlook internet, and web-based applications
  • Self-driven Self-discipline work initiative, ability to meet deadline
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop solutions
  • Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple projects and set priorities
  • Accurate typing and/or data entry skills
  • Team work spirit and basic math skills
